Winter Tours (Basic, Adventure, and Moonlight)

BASIC TOUR

Enjoy crisp mountain air and breathtaking views while gliding silently down the trail behind a team of Alaskan Huskies.  Snuggle up under the warm wool blankets and let an experienced guide do all the work or get on the runners and drive the sled.  harness up and drive your own team. This tour requires no experience and no specific level of fitness.

There is a 320 pound weight limit with any combination of passengers per sled.

Half Day with Snacks and Beverages

8:00 - 12:00 (Door to Door)

12:30 - 4:30 (Door to Door)

$160 per person (2 guests per sled)

ADVENTURE TOUR

This tour is run at our remote cabin site at the foot of two of Colorado’s highest peaks. This trip requires no previous experience, but does require a reasonably moderate level of fitness due to the type of trail, high altitude, remote location, and the use of snowmobiles to reach the cabin.  Once at the cabin, relax in front of the wood stove or bundle up and pitch in as we get teams of extremely excited Alaskan huskies ready to go roaring off down the trail.   Our trail winds among eighty foot tall lodgepole pines, abandoned gold mines, and old miners cabins.  This tour is interactive.  Help harness the dogs and drive your own team.  There is a 320 pound weight limit in the sled.   One trip daily pick up at 8:00 am.

Half Day+ with Lunch and Beverages

8:00 - 2:30 (Door to Door)

$250 per person (2 guests per sled)
